The working principle of the laser marking machine is that the laser beam exposes the deep material through the evaporation of the surface material, thereby engraving exquisite patterns, trademarks and characters. It has a wide range of applications. In addition to being used in the metal industry, it can also be used in non-metallic materials, such as clothing accessories, medical packaging, electrical appliances, hardware products, tool accessories, precision instruments, glasses clocks, jewelry, auto parts, plastics, building materials, PVC pipes, etc.
1 installation:
- Unpack all the parts, install the column to the table, and fix the screws;
- 2.Install the laser mirror on the lifting platform and fix the screws
1.3 .Install the display screen on the column bracket, fix the screws, and connect the video signal line and power supply;

- Host operation You can see the following buttons on the workbench;
( 1) Power supply: main power switch
(2) Computer: computer power switch
(3) Laser: laser power switch
(4) Red light: Infrared indicator power switch
(5) Emergency stop switch: Normally open, press it in case of emergency or failure, and cut off the main circuit.
Debugging
(1) Turn on the power switch in the order of 1234
(2) Turn on the power switch of the display, and open the software in the system, set a print content at will, and check “continuous printing” (for specific settings, please refer to the software manual) (3) Click “Red Light” in the software, a red frame will appear on the workbench to indicate the size and position of the print content, and place the flat material to a suitable position, as shown in the figure
( 4) Click print in the software, and use the lifting adjustment handle on the top of the column to adjust the height (depending on the field lens, the height may vary from 15 to 20 cm). When a white light appears on the surface of the printing position, it means that the laser focus has been found.
（5）Stop printing, adjust the two points sent by the infrared positioning system to the printing position, and adjust the two points to the same position
(6) After the adjustment is completed, it is only necessary to adjust the lifting platform to mark at other horizontal heights, and adjust the two points of the infrared focusing system together on the new height plane.
