Laser marking machine manual operation process
Check whether the water source is connected and the circuit is correct before starting the machine. The boot sequence is:
1.Connect the incoming power and turn on the key switch. At this time, the machine is ventilated and the refrigeration system is energized, and the ammeter displays a value of about;
2.Wait for 5-10 seconds, press the trigger button on the outer control panel, the ammeter will display a value of zero, after 3-5 seconds, the krypton lamp will be lit, and the ammeter will display a value. (Refer to the operation manual of the laser power supply);
3.Turn on the power of the vibrating mirror;
4.Turn on the computer and call out the required marking file;
5. Adjust the laser power supply to the working current to start marking;
After marking, turn off the power supply of each component in reverse order according to the above:
1. Adjust the working current of the laser power supply to the minimum;
2. Shut down the computer;
3.Turn off the power supply of the galvanometer;
4.Press the stop button;
5.Turn off the key switch;
6.Disconnect the incoming power supply.
Laser marking machine manual precautions
1. The laser marking machine should be used in a dust-free environment at 10°C-35°C as much as possible, and keep the optical components dry and dust-free. It is usually necessary to ensure a separate closed site, to ensure a constant indoor temperature, to have floor paint or ceramic tiles on the floor, and to install air conditioners;
2. The customer must provide the main power supply to support at least 2500W AC single-phase power supply, and the main power cord of the equipment provided by our company must be installed on an air switch for protection, and the use of triangular plugs is strictly prohibited;
3. The main power supply provided by the customer must have a ground wire, and virtual connections are strictly prohibited.
4. It is best to use deionized water for the cooling water in the circulating water tank. If there is no deionized water, distilled water can be used instead; the circulating cooling water should be replaced in time after a period of use (it is recommended to change the water at least once every two weeks), so as not to affect the laser efficiency. .
